Hello! & Blogger is Sometimes Frustratin'

Hey guys I wanted to change the background picture to the AI logo, but there is no way! And I used Hello! and Picasa all because my Yahoo Photos pic URL is too long to upload pics on blogs, but when i sign in, they have this HTTP 500 Internal Error. How come? Comments please!
